One of my favorite bits from Gingiva (Two squids in coitus)

This is one of my favorite bits from this game, as the title says. It has stuck with me through all my years from then on. There’s a couple other bits that have really stuck with me as well, but anytime I see squid, I think of this. They really do look like hands clasped together sweetly.

John Clowder, your games have left an impression on me that is very deep. I hope you will come back someday and make another thing for me to enjoy. I miss you and your work, and I had been old enough to be completely cognizant when I found your games I’d likely have sought you out to be my friend.

Thank you for all the wonderful little tidbits in this game. It was a bit influential in my development.
